Modding looks?

Is ere anyway to change the way my sword looks in the game by changing a file and replacing it with something I made on photoshop? If so, where is the file and what are the dimensions/specifications I need to make it? Thanks.

No. There isn't. And if you made it in Photoshop.... i'm sorry to say but you wasted your time if you intended it to be modded into the files. Sword textures are set and if you did want to create it it wouldn't look like a sword you draw. Modeling programs/skin templates would be needed to create a brand new skin. I could go into more intricate details but the simple answer is, not possible.

You'd have to use a 3rd party program (i.e. pwpck) to unpack the texture files, edit them, and then repack them into the client. (I'm not sure what program exists for it post 1.3.6)
However it will only be client sided.

Yeah it's probably not like that. And as for what Satana said not everyone can donate so that being said people would qq or start some sort of drama about it cause they wouldn't be able to get it. But there is voting 'not that it would help' though knowing people they'll still find something to qq about, just a normal thing xD

It's 10 dollars to get your weapon re-skinned. Details are up on the donation page.
Pretty sure that's exclusive to pre-existing PW weapon skins, though.
