Patcher getting stuck

Patcher is stuck at this point and does not progress no matter how long i let it sit, tried 45 minutes first time before killing it. i could not find a manual patch or i would try that. cant verify or anything

Check if the update.log file is updating (adding new entries).
It's located in Epic Perfect World\config\element\

I would suggest restarting PC and opening the auto-patch again.

Raven and me are same problem, I tried click the verify,restart,etc but nothing happens and every patch happen this to me since v11

I hadnt had issues until this newest patch. Just got done rebooting and waiting on the EPW patcher to see what it does

I would suggest restarting PC and opening the auto-patch again.

Did the reboot and still experiencing same issue. Actually pulled a v13 client backup I had and it is having the same issue as well

open in Notepad file EPW-DirectStart.bat in EPW/element/ and and edit it to look like this:

start "" elementclient.exe startbypatcher nocheck

Save and run that file to play.

So in an effort to fix this... I downloaded a clean client and attempted to patch it, I am still having the same problem. Any suggestions would be great...

I have checked all my firewall and AV rules, as well as making sure full control is granted to the install folder
