Can't login old characters on genesis.

I can get up to the character selection but when I click start to play my character, it says "Could not connect."
Then I tried to create a new char and it works perfectly fine. D:

I have the same problem with my archer and veno (bet custom hairstyle I had on them aka headfashion on 1.4.4 is the problem). Hope to find a solution for that.

i dont see my chars, when im trying to main char its saying that its not possible to connect and on second char client crash after loading... yuppie...

I hope someone can help me, ive tried everything, did everything that was stated on the forums. I can get into game, but after a few seconds the game just closes, not matter whether its a new character or an old one, can someone please help me? My new toon is Annie my old toon is Annika
Ive totally uninstalled pwi, epic everything..and reinstalled it all again.. and again same issues, please help?
