I was thinking about a rule that says it's not allowed to mimic another persons custom title without their permission, but I thought it would get exceptions such as a common word. For example, assume someone requests the title "Best", it would mean that nobody else can get it, even though it's a commonly known word.

Tbh, this would be great. We all know that someone will try to copy another person. Like for example "★#1 Vit Build Metal Mage★ (sorry jack used you as an example) and go for something like ✫#1 Vit Build Metal Mage✫ if that makes sense.
