In Game issues

After event in Morai today my in-game experience got real laggy , and wouldn't allow me to turn in quest or use any of my skills. So i relog and i had the same issue , It said " server error please relog" so i force quit the game came back and tried again (3 times) same message same problem. So i stopped trying came back around 9 hours later , still says the same thing . Is there anything i can do ? i check my connection it is fine .

So i was just doing GV with people and all of the sudden party leader disconnected.. and we insta failed quest.... why is it like this? so if u have a leader with bad connection or either maybe unusual sudden dc it would make it impossible to get the quest done.Could you please change it so it wouldnt fail if leader left(dc-ed)?. it makes me pissed when it fails on 7th round and fails the test for stupid and un-controlable reason such as disconnect.
