This is mine. Can't seem to find the files for hp/mp charm. Also sorta changed themes as I was learning how to do it, too lazy to fix the hp/mp bars to match the rest.

I wish there was a way to just have the genie be a single bar without having to go out of your way to edit UI. 
I really like having genie skills in a single line

I think if you only change the interfaces.pck you can get just the single bar for genie. Not too sure though.

Yes it is
I'll provide the interfaces.pck for our stock UI with 1 single row today when I get home
its only a matter of changing the genie window application range (x/y at first 2 rows of elfchat) to approx 150 more
Add the 5, 6, 7 and 8th skill on y same as 1, 2, 3 and 4 and x going by 32-33 more for each
Will take a min max
