Where to get Primordial Blood?

some of my alts need primal skills, but the primal dailies don't seem to be giving out bloods?

Does using FSP coins not work anymore?

You can convert Dragon Blood Stones acquired from HDD to primordial blood!
The npc is at Cromagnon Village (Crimson Officer Ling, 110 308).
Or you can buy them off of others for about 4-5 ec each.

If you kill the Sky Pirate and dig the items in the instance you are ported to, you can also exchange those digging items for primal bloods at the npc later in Kirin Town.

Stronghold Assault daily gives Primordial Bloods, aside of Dragon Blood Stones.

I did the quest yesterday on a few chars and only got DBS and C-S avatar card chests, but I see it has been fixed now
