for some reason i cant take skill off or even move them around for that matter i tried unlocking an logging off but nothing anyone know why i cant move my skills?

This is the only reason it would be unable to be moved

It has been moved from U to the ''optimization'' window top left corner but ye, that button is the reason
Some toons happen to have that ticked after 1.5.3 and same for the ''auto accept'' party invitations on T menu
