Character Names

In case any of the following can happen:

1)increase the length of character name to like 16-20.
2)make it so we can use numbers at name.
3)make character names be unique.
example for 3.
if there is name "Hello", make it unable to someone name their char as Helio/Heilo. (capital i's)

Just +1/-1 and add explanation if feel like you need to.

1) The names have a max length to fit inside all the designs inside pw, for example if they are too long then the name wont show up on T anymore which would just create a lot of issues 
2) Ugly sorry
3) There are already so many names like that existing and theres no way to stop people from using an i instead of an l, so u will have to report and claim names which just like so much problems and fights
