Hair Ini Codes won't work

I know that you must create a new character in order to change the hair when switching like the gender hair code but for some reason on my cleric im trying to create its refusing to let me edit the hair to amale hairstyle. Now it's the same one i have used on my sin and it worked fine but there continues to be a custimization error for my cleric :/ Do you know what could be wrong? I really want this hairstyle on my cleric and its sad its not working and idk what to do to fix it. Please help! Thank you so much <3

Did you use the proper hair texture #? Could have been a simple mistake where you only changed the hair model #.
