IDK how much PW change over the years.I can rem last time i played i ran an 3ghz intel northwood and a 6800 vanilla(the good ol days)But pretty sure your amd should be able to run it(depends on gfx card tho)I will test it on my nieces 4600+ running nvidia 630 and see how it goes.But can only do that over w/e not at home :C
PS.I won't OC a laptop cpu specially the older amd's that tend to overheat quite easily.
PPS.Those Celerons are pretty descend tbh but not if it runs the crappy intel HD gfx onboard.Never really liked them only reason why i didnt get laptop like that yet as its decently priced.
