Cannot connect to the server

I've just downloaded and installed the game and the patch wen't smoothly without any issues. But when I try to connect to the game with my account then it just says "cannot connect".

I saw the topics regarding this issue, but my firewall is turned off and I don't have any antivirus installed on my PC so I don't have to add those files to any exceptions cause there are none.

What should I do?

I downloaded the game AND I updated it through the launcher. I didn't download only the patch.
