quest that keeps repeating

you can get this quest at dawnglory's elder 
quest name: dawnglory's blessing

i go to the said place and the quest will complete then the sit action will appear , after that it will be back on the same quest again 

is this a bug ?

no u sit and meditate a few places its more visible if u click show/hide on quest window u can click and auto run to spots i think u run to like 4 or 5 spots total and meditate then go back to elder and finish it
