I got this daily on my SB but I can't work out what I did to get it. I've been going round in circles on some other chars trying to work it out - any know what the prerequisites are to active this daily?
(if you dont know - the reward for doing it is a starchart chest thingy)
EDIT - okay I will double check, but I thought I got shifting sky on another char but that daily still didnt appear in the quest list
