Quick Q&A before downloading:

1. Will it also reduce its radius?
No.

2. Will new patches remove the vortex size change
No.

3. Will verifying change it back to normal.
Most likely, not sure.

4. Should I make a backup of old gfx?
Yes, if you ever wish to use the big tornado again.

5. Anything else changed in the gfx?
No.
