No it wont
Assuming everyone with more than 4 gb ram uses 64bit os(since 32bit os is capped to 4gb ram) this .bat will not change absolutely anything
This is only for 32bit os's and even then it can make the whole system unstable

even if you do use 32-bit system, it can render the entire system to be unstable. besides, you shouldn't be using a 32-bit distribution unless you're *that* tight on cash.

I'm dunno Support this Method anymore. Change Nvidia settings And MSI afterburner is enough.

If u want more fps try 4gb Patch.

I'm use 2x GTX 1080 since 3 days and new ssd

Ah alright. I have 12 gigs of ram, a 64 bit system, but a shtty 2.2 gz processor and i think intel 3000 video card (which im using on a windows 10, that was stopped being supported at windows 8.1
