No Quests in Divine Contract

I have the Divine Order for my order, but there are no quests in the lister from the emissary. I have closed out the game and restarted it and there are still no quests. 

"I better not be the responsible one here, or we're all screwed seven ways to Sunday."

You have to wait until the next day for quest to become available.
