Make STs Account Stashable.

So... pretty much as the title says.
It would help people to engrave their own Rank 8 Ring (the one we make using the badge) using STs we farm from other characters in the account since this ring in particular is also untradable and unstashable.

I don't see any harms or economic downsides if this gets implemented but I might be mistaken.
If there are any, please point them out and I'll drop the idea immediately.

No way in hell is this ever happening.

Daily ST per character : 50 (endless chase) + 30 (bh) + 30 (harbringer) + 10 (crazy stone quest or w/e) = 120 per char, and I think there are even a few other ways. This would literally end up being 96 rerolls on a R8 ring per day, if you were just doing one. It's not meant to be possible to get perfect stats that easily on a ring. This would also end up with people getting ascended capes in one day (which is possible through NS, but nobody does that shit), whether supreme or dragon or w/e you're doing.
It isn't meant to be possible to get a completely maxed character(except for r8 rolls,unless you are lucky as ***) in literally one day, nah.
