NPC Lunar Janitor vanishes

I was doing the Valley Entrance quest and after get it, the NPC vanished but I didn't think it would be a problem, till after kill the mobs I had to get back and talk with the now "invisible" NPC. I had to reset instance to get it back, yet it vanished again so reset once again just for the NPC   Is this normal or a bug?

I already did, but we really have to reset it all the time? There's no way for this NPC to don't vanish?
didn't even have time to modify that I got the reply xD that was fast

The Valley Entrance is one time quest, so you have to reset it just once.

If you excuse me, I'll just go hide because I don't know why I thought it was under daily quests.
