Excuse the double post, but I forgot to quote this.  I'm old, I forget things okay?
Anyways, from my understanding, she's questing the long way, which means that she'll want a level 60-70 weapon/gear.  You can get level 60 weapons from TT 1-1.  Level 70 weapons/gear can be farmed in TT 1-2.  Level 80 weapons (not sure if armor mats drop) can be found in 2-1 and 2-2.  And level 90 armor/weapon mats can be found in 3-1 and 3-2.  All of these instances were untouched, and as per my suggestion a couple of months back, it would be a great addition for those who want to play this way to gear up as they level.  There would be no solid EC value to these mats; but the instance is there for those who want to farm it for the questers.

Agatio raised the drop rate on TT mats didn't he? I remember back on PWI farming TT 8 hours a day for a week during 2x, just to get 3 gold mats to drop and I really don't want to do that again.

As far as I know, TT drops rates were modified.  I don't know if the lower level TT's were modified in this way.  I can look for you later on after I get out of work if you can't today.

What boss are you getting them from. I have a safe full of FC mats and not a single one of those. Am I'm skipping a boss or something

I have some signs too, got them from FC runs-- from the very last boss, the one before Frost Elder. However, not always drops them, so is like a-- chance for it to drop. You may get 0, or even get 3 of them).
