does DB have any skill that incrase cooldown of ur own skills? cuz i dont see anything in buffs
for exemple when i was fighting with DB my skills like stompof the beast king was cooling down about a minute instead of 3 seconds, and there is nothing in buffs so i can see that any debuff is doing that
