Firstly, he loses his buffs on first death.
Secondly, His sparks are pretty well timed and his survivability is decent. The KD he runs is also pretty nice.
You argument is really irrelevant on the fact that he backstabs. It's what sins are good at.
Also, he's not exactly "insulting the whole server", it's more like guidance.

Aw not even backstabbing, most of the time walking around not using stealth, your siggy is perfect
