I have the same issue.  I usually vote on my phone, but haven't been able to.

Means that someone from your IP has voted already. Try restarting your router.

im using an usb type internet connections which i use on my lop top so there no way that there others using my IP to vote,,,,please check my IP sir thanks..i havent vote for 4 days now :'<

So voting is controlled by IP?  I have 3 people in my house that play, is there any other way to allow them to vote besides resetting my modem 3 times and HOPING I get assigned a different IP adx?

You can vote from smart phone if it has Internet from an external network (so without using your home wireless)
