I would recommend you getting some better recording application or record in at least 720p so it will be more sharp with a better quality. Maybe fraps.
And are you tabbing a lot when playing? Maybe that causes those lag spikes.

Will work on getting better recording app. No, I don't tab a lot. I just get a bit laggy when recording is all xd. But at least I'm trying
