Faction Icon

Hello im looking for help, I'm trying to get a faction Icon going and i tried a few times and they dont even look decent as for a Icon and I was wondering if there is anyone with better skills then mine that can help me or make one for me. the name of my faction is Sapphire.

Here is a image i found and edited a bit, its 20x20, i think that was the current size for faction icons? Not 100%.
