It's a reskin. It's not available at the moment unless you already have one or you buy a dragon reskin from other players.

yeah stats are same but requred class? any class can use that weapon you dont have such a thing on dragon weapon

a reskin = a weapon with id changed in database
this leads to the weapon being able to be held by any class but its BANNABLE
so that shouldnt concern anyone unless the weapon is a bow lvl 150on any class butEA,  a fist r8 on wb or such
