There is a difference between ss and skills being delayed that u see thunderous blast over and over when someone uses another skill.. Same thing happens when some ppl use Mountain siege sometimes u see it being casted more than once for a short period... Does it with most aoe skills

Holy sh1t, I remember a while back when i used to do 1v1 with classes. I would see the same skill Twice and would die in 80% of those times.
Back then I literally thought it was me lagging or i was Freeze framing.
So now that i said that quick question xD
If i were to see same skill being cast twice on me with no damage Log Recorded but would die to like 8k-12k is that skill sending?.

My Earth Vector sometimes gets few times casted but actually hits once. 
Just the animation of it repeats, ijs in case you decide to think i use Skill Sender too, i dont want bans
