well best option if you can't use an external program, is using the Torrent.

I would recommeing using torrents cause it is easiest, fastest way + you can pause/resume whenever you like.

How do I add it to my antivirus exception list?

Depends on the antivirus u r using, but if u google it u will certainly find how

Google for the AV you're using. Every AV is different, put epw on exception list and unpack again. If it still doesn't work google all the missing DLLs and add them to the folder
