Any decent barb can keep himself alive for a good while unless 1v10. In fact, by locking everything but the weapon you kill off all APS playstyles off of BMs, seekers and barbs.

Anything that includes locking the R8 i'm up with, cards arent a huge deal since the release of S+ cards, cape restricted, and rings pretty much same, R8 does the major difference.
