Why do i see appoluni blaming it on'20 eps

No time to read all posts, but i guess russians won tw.
Like i said few months ago, when i was in tyrants and had TW against artifex and russians, i said russians were doing 10x better than artifex ppl. No need to bring bs reasons, they just have have ppl who actually know something about TW strategy and timing.
