Refunding - Returning Armor/Weapons

Can u make a forge for returning items into there original state
for example Dragon Items into Demonic + Warsong Crystals
                   R8 back into there mats
                   Tomes back into MTP
anything of this sort so we can still use the items we dont no longer need and put them into future plans like a 2nd character for example.

Items are consumable for a reason. Otherwise the market would be flooded with items and the prices would be so cheap everything would be rendered worthless.
