Server lags ?

When is this 3 seconds screen freeze gonna be fixed ? 90% of my guildies are experiencing this crap together at same time, Dont tell me it's not the server.

3sec freeze every time i 3sparked, it's like someone was making it lag on purpose

3 seconds its not alot.. i freeze like 5-10

With next maintenance we will be switching hosts soon to see if it brings improvement regarding the occasional freezes and invisible people problem. Got everything set up already.
