I think PW in general is a PVP based game now imo

Yep, basically. 
I think EPW is a mix of both, cause you do still need to farm for shit, most people aren't going to get their gear instantly. Yeah, there are some factions dedicated to PVP, but there's still many dedicated to PVE.

Mixture of both, but probably mostly PvE.. Like 60% PvE and 40% PvP. 

Considering farming, people who level their alts in PV/FC etc., bunch of Event still that are PvE or support PvE, BHs, Dailies.. They make that higher percentage over PvP. And then there's those people who just log on to kill stuff. 60-40.
