I am a bit confused at this quest.

Mainly because its not showing me where to Auto Path.

[Is this quest somewhere outside of Perfect World?] 

Because I can't find it's location at all.

Those are bounty hunt bosses which are located inside of a dungeon. Burial inferno is in Hidden dragon den & Lord of captivation is in Seat of Torment. You can access said dungeons via Illusion stone (near teleport @ big cities).If you've never been in any of these before try looking for a squad in world chat, there's always someone doing these =o
