I don't understand personally why it's disabled 

but it's Agatio's server so..  

he had rule in place since well before the pw client bot function was put in..  clearly doesn't like bots nor want server full of them 

but then turns catching botters into some high science or criminal court with unreasonable burden of proof when it's remarkably easy to spot a botter even from a conservative perspective.. and ban policy is ridiculously lenient even for those caught
