Make PE tradable econamy balance

currently im sick of farming every toon like gv trails etc how about pe tradable? econamy would be balance i think,  since damas 25-26 ec each and ws belt stil ppl selling 15k ec clean, so if pe is tradable people earn more ec too instead of damas
