I don't script so iam just wondering if you need to add a outside program to script and if so why is that not bannable cause I read, and they post that it is bannable to add any outside program to epic

The outside programs would only go for hacks and farming bots, gear switching with help of a program is not prohibited, hence why there's even a guide to it. Scripting works with outside programs, yes, but if you're new to it you might want to only download the ones included in guides on these forums to make sure it's a safe file.
