You cannot become the best players nowadays unless you have:

A Razer Naga (deathadder not enough buttons)
A mechanical keyboard (Razer Blackwidow is best for this because easy macros)
$ 300 minimum headset (for ingame sound obviously)
240 hz eizo FORIS monitor
dxracer gaming chair (http://www.dxseat.com from here, S class is the best believe me)


also gaming shoes like this

and matching gaming socks too

+ 10k dollar pc and op 64 bit script

you need 10k+ dollar pc so you don't dip below 30 fps LOL
