Problem with the mail system or what ?

Ok . so i have my account with 7 chars . i've mailed my items from my main char to another char on the same account . when i logged in on the char that i was supposed to get my items throught mail , nothing . and when i say nothing i reffer to no email received . WTF ? i've just lost all my items or what ?

Meng it needs 1 hour before you can receive a mail

and why not just put the items on the account stash?

you can buy a Stash Account Stone at the Gods Giving NPC. then follow the instructions on the item
