Increase 3x ATK LV WEP Chance.

Wdf GM, ive done 500 reshapes already and i cant get 3x atk lv wep no way, increase the % chance of the first atk lv because this way i cant, only a little please and remove useless stats like Infinity and requirement that no one use and are there just to fk with us.

Menta try it once with another weapon ... So I Reshape always more weapons .... you determined 500 times reshaped the same weapon ... no wonder .... If this is not the case ... no idea.
