Exceptions... most of the time its cancer and aids. Cant remember any big pk were everyone was decent and said GG. 99% of the time its a verbal diarrhea.

On the topic I would say Sin simply because he can engage and disengage as he please, thus hit when your genie or any important skill is on cooldown and you cant escape.
