How does one get this?
Before I quit I remember being able to get, not sure how, though ever since I came back i've done the Celestial Tigers event multiple times, gotten nothing, Bronze, Silver and Gold rewards and not once have I gotten it.
At first I figured it was a scrapped feature and didn't think anything of it and stopped trying, though I just finished the event, got 2nd place (so I seriously doubt it's a ranking reward) and I, non surprisingly, didn't get it again. However, a sin doing the event today as well, Lethal, told me he usually did get it but not today. He was 3rd place.
Then I asked Chocolate and she told me that two other players said they didn't get a Horn either and it might be a bug.
So where does it stand? Is it bugged? Is it RNG and I simply have luck so bad I haven't gotten it once ever since I came back?
