Bring back option to choose on which character the event rewards are sent
Not all
But those events with a specific class requirement and sign up requirement
Such as
Ctf
2v2
3v3
Some of us go on alts to match requirements and is not fair overall

i think the reward pack is stashable

Its fair. U get reward on toon wich participe in event. 
GMs already have stuffs to do, not asking all players, on wich toon u want get reward.

Moust of rewards can put in account stash or trade. If u are to lazy for that, your problem, not GMs.
