Already existing PE obtaining methods:* 2 free Perfect Elements a day for logging in quest
* Bounty Hunter I (2), Bounty Hunter II (4)
* Guild Trials quests (15 PE + 5 Damascene Ores)
Other changes and improvements:* Removed +MP / +MP recovery from possible r8 armor stat rolls
* Barbarian's phys. def should be now more balanced
* Added 4 Supply Tokens -> Mystical Elixir exchange
* Universe Chest removed from Ares event, its Boutique price lowered to 1 gold, doubled the chance of gaining advanced skill book from chest (Universe Chests are also available from EU and AEU instances as a boss drop and quest reward)

Primal Boss - Sarokkan, drops 30 items: War Avatar S chest 50%, War Avatar S+ pack 30%, Twilight Temple Chest 20%. Boss spawns every Sunday 14:00 server time
