adding newer color palletes to hair?

is it possible to make a tideborn 's haircolor like this:

i tried color picker but it gives me bright red

You can.
If you got bright red you might have misstyped the number or something simular.
Sometimes there is a substraction thingy infront of the number - make sure you copy that too and make sure you use the decimal not the hex code.
If that doesnt help idk either.

There is a minus before the code, try removing it then save the ini file and try it out again.

+1 please edit character creator to include more colors, it's such a pain to edit everything manually
