I try to vote at server and have this trublle



I use "VOTE". And voilà.



It's translation:

This site can not provide a secure connection

On panel.epicpw.com site using an unsupported protocol.

First thing although not a fix would be to get rid of Windows XP

Try Firefox or vote with mobile browser (Android / iOS device)

Firefox is working for voting.

The problem is that panel site is using new SSL protocol which is not supported by default in Windows XP, however Mozilla implemented support for this protocol directly in their browser, that's why it works

Firefox dropped support for XP already so you'll need to get on the Windows 10 train.
