Everyone was kicked from Tyrants by Kareem (he is the only one left in the guild), all the core went to Rectify (the guild they started with) everyone else went where ever they wanted to go (Legendary, Apollumi, GA, etc) or they quit the game.  Legendary is basically Ruthless under new leadership.
