I updated the new version so that it works, yes. 

You can swap weapon, tome, belt, necklace and ammo for weapon.

when i swap my items sometimes its messed up sometimes the def set is mixed with the offensive set

That's an issue on your end, then. You have to keep the items you want to swap in their designated slots and make sure you don't mess them up with auto-sort bag. 

If you're stunned in the 0.5 second delay between swapping it may mess up your order, but that's very rare.

If anyone is having issues currently w/ the autoswap not working properly, I've updated the link once again.

Delete the current one on your HDD and redownload from this post and it should be working properly again.
