I downloaded the latest torrent file on the website but I cannot log in to the game.
And I can't update at Patch Client or in Launcher.

does it have something to do with the server? like US or EU ?
whenever I start my launcher or patch client, it doesn't update. It directly connects me to server, thats why I stated it right away but then after signing my  game account it indicates the image that I've posted

This looks like you are starting ELEMENTCLIENT.EXE from folder ELEMENT.
Try to go directly to folder PATCHER and start PATCHER.EXE.
If it works, make shortcut on desktop, or where you start from.

Solutions in order to update your client.
1) Run the patcher as administrator by right clicking patcher.exe. When it prompts for user input click automatic updates and click OK. It should start updating.
2) Download the latest patch by clicking here. Double click it and it should start updating your patcher.exe. Otherwise you can right click patcher.exe and run it as administrator and linking ew-patch-v140-v145.cup to your patcher.

I've tried it on both Patcher and Element but it gave me the same result.

Maybe I should try your suggestion. One more thing, Do I still need to download the latest update even if the torrent file that I've downloaded is the latest one?

Yes, you still should update it.
