Requesting to Add Recraft for War Avatar S+ for those untradeable. 

So many people having many S+ but cannot transfer to other toons. Since S+ are tradeable.

It's because when S+ cards were just released, they were tradable, then made untradable later on due to scam. You and Seby (and me personally tbh) acquired them while they were still tradable, so these are still tradable after the patch.Those who have untradable ones even after patch, had acquired them during the period when they were untradable when getting them, so they stayed that way. I hope this clears it up a little, I had to ask around a bit about it.
